Attendance Policy *- Our program attendance policy. Parents and cheerleaders must read, agree to and sign this document

Cheer Practice Absence Request *- This form must be filled out and turned in to your head coach at least one week in advance to request an excused absence

Personalized Name Signs *- Show your support for your cheerleader at competition with a personalized megaphone shaped sign. Available in two colors. $20 each. ORDERS DUE BY SEPT 15 in order to receive in time for Cheer Jam
